Posh Brain Entity Short Pants

The shorts i received (1) has no belt loops like in the image shown (2) is 20cm shorter in length than described. I reached out via email to see if a refund was possible since this is not what I thought I was ordering, but did not receive any reply, not even to say no. Moreover, the shorts just feel low quality, especially for the price - the material is quite thin, there's no lining, and the pocket zippers catch/ arn't smooth.
