Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong order, we handle these cases with priority to ensure a resolution. Please contact us within three(3) days of receiving your order at zhahuodiansg@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and work with you to address the issue, whether that means a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. Items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
