Shipping origin notice:
Items marked (MYBC) ship from our Malaysia warehouse.
All other items ship from Singapore.

Orders with mixed warehouse items may arrive in separate parcels.
All shipments are tracked.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can sometimes occur. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

Singapore Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders S$50 and above

All Singapore orders ship from our local warehouse.

Malaysia Orders (MY Warehouse Items MYBC)

  • Ships locally from Malaysia

  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days

Products available for Malaysia delivery are clearly marked with (MYBC) in product titles and and can be fulfilled locally or shipped to Singapore.

Australia Orders 

We offer two shipping options for Australia:

DHL Express (Fast)

  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days

  • Higher cost, fastest option

  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Saver Shipping (Economy)

  • Delivery time: 10–21 working days

  • Lower cost, slower delivery

  • Suitable for clearance purchases and non-urgent orders
  • Saver Shipping is discounted to match clearance pricing. Please choose this option only if you are comfortable with a longer delivery time.

Clearance Items

  • Sold at 50–70% off original retail prices

  • Final sale

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • Refunds only in the event of defective items
